About the no-elevated table thing, that was also one of our definitely nos. We also didn't have the 'everyone come to the bride and groom and have your pic taken' part. we were walking around and just having our photos randomly taken. Our photographers were so tired though - they had to run from one spot to the other everytime they would see a crowd gathering around the couple.
